I started my life all over again at age 40. Started bachelor degree in electrical engineering. Completed it at 44. And started new job as engineer, bought new car and moved to an apartment also. But the job failed and I then secured second job. At 35 I was broke, jobless and very depressed. Felt complete loser. Was living with parents. Did get call center job and it was awful and I quit. 35 is not old. After 5 years you'll do great! Big changes don't come overnight. Just have patience

Every journey begins with the first step. If you're not satisfied with the direction you've gone, go in another direction.

Its not exactly starting over, but you can go in any direction that calls you. You have the advantage of having parents that can help. That's more than most have.
