  • you were in control of the vehicle you're paying for all the damage you've done. you did commit dangerous driving, It is the drivers responsibility to ensure the car is safe and roadworthy.
  • Of course it was your fault...for not being able to correctly drive a car with a stick. I mean: if a driver didn't know how to use the steering wheel correctly, who would be at fault when that driver plowed into a group of school children?
  • If you don't know how to drive a stick you shouldn't go near one. You were the operator of the car so that makes whatever happens your responsibility.
