Manual transmission car keeps stalling on road and slipped on hill red light. I hit car behind. Is it my fault
Manual transmission is bit too difficult and car stalled many times on road.
Angry motorists blew horn. But that's ok.
Then red light was on big hill. When it became green somehow I could not control and it slid and hit the front bumper of car.
But it's the car not me. It just cannot run the way I want it to.
I explained to officer and he said "you are a dangerous motorist and threat to everyone's safety if you cannot control your car. I don't care about your transmission. I'm giving you reckless driving ticket"
How was I reckless? Please explain

you were in control of the vehicle you're paying for all the damage you've done. you did commit dangerous driving, It is the drivers responsibility to ensure the car is safe and roadworthy.

Of course it was your fault...for not being able to correctly drive a car with a stick. I mean: if a driver didn't know how to use the steering wheel correctly, who would be at fault when that driver plowed into a group of school children?

If you don't know how to drive a stick you shouldn't go near one. You were the operator of the car so that makes whatever happens your responsibility.
