  • Considering your propensity for promoting Liberal misinformation, it would be advisable for anyone who can think for themselves to ignore it as fake news.

1465, There is no such thing as liberal misinformation. You are misinformed.

How do you know if a liberal is lying? His mouth is open.

I don't type with my mouth.

No such thing as "Liberal misinformation"? What mushroom have you been sleeping under?

Thank you for your input - it has been duly ignored.

You'd know about that - being dull. ll
    • dalcocono
I think this is what he actually meant; "duly, adverb du·?ly | \ ?dü-l? also ?dyü- \ Definition of duly : in a due manner or time : PROPERLY a duly elected official Your comments are duly noted."

Dalconono, It was a play on words, a small joke. lol
  • No. It makes me think that the author was making stuff up. I mean: where did the author get those stats? Did the author visit all of those hospitals and ask for those stats? And...did they freely give the author those stats? And what about the poor grammar? *** I'm not saying that what the author wants to motivate people to do is wrong. It isn't wrong. But the way that the author is going about it is very...suspicious, very likely to be completely and entirely fictional.

What she said I absolutely true. And why wouldn't it be? You "choicers" have been avoiding masks, filling up hospitals and needy people have been turned away and died. What is so unbelievable? What would Jesus do? CNN predicted this would happen. And remember the Lord God will have his Revenge on those who defile him by spreading false information.
"why wouldn't it be?" - for the reasons already stated. *** "You "choicers"" - not me. *** "What is so unbelievable?" - the information proffered, and the way in which it was proffered *** "What would Jesus do?" - Not accuse people of being "choicers" just because they notice several suspicious characteristics in an unconfirmed story. *** "CNN predicted this would happen" - You mean: that I would notice the suspicious characteristics of that particular story? *** "And remember the Lord God will have his Revenge on those who defile him by spreading false information." - You should read the Bible.
    • dalcocono
"Choicers"? So now being "pro-choice" is no longer a good thing?
    • Beat Covid, Avoid Republicans
Dalcono.: Yes Pro-Choice is a good thing. Sorry for the confusion.
    • Army Veteran
"Yes Pro-Choice is a good thing. Sorry for the confusion." - You want to ask that question again about misinformation?
    • Army Veteran
"Pro-choice" is a good thing when it refers to abortions, but not when it refers to wearing masks. Can anyone see how one-sided the argument has always been?
    • dalcocono
      Yes indeed.

1465, since when did you start caring about unborn Black and Mexicans?
    • Army Veteran
Where did you get the idea that I didn't? Oh...I know - from the cauldron of misinformation sitting on top of your shoulders.
  • For some reason, I am unable to see the entire post in your question. I am personally in favor of wearing the masks indoors and getting vaccinated. It is now really obvious though, that those measures are still not enough to stop covid from spreading. I am acquainted with several people who, like the folks in your story, were fully vaccinated and wore masks, and didn't go around the people who are "pro-choice". They still wound up in the hospital, although they survived the hospital stay. There simply are no measures that will stop the spread of covid until the magical "herd immunity is reached. That may or may not ever happen. If the fully vaccinated and boosted people are still catching it, immunity might just be a myth.

DC - On your keyboard hold down the CNTL and the + keys at the same time. It also works in reverse for the - key. This will resize your screen and you can read my entire question,.

BR: I was referring to encouraging people to do stuff that will get them sick. You know that is wrong and God will punish you for that. And yes I do read the Bible, more than you do it appears. lol

CTRL + will increase the size of the text, but he's probably talking about the fact that the text is too long for the space provided. In this instance if you highlight the text it will show up. But next time a text goes beyond the bottom of the blue background, cut and paste it in the first answer so everyone can see it.

Thanks to both of you for tips. The control +- key didn't let me see more of the text. Highlighting the text did though.
  • I'm sorry to hear about your friends parents. I support mask wearing I've always worn a scarf around my face during flu season before covid, it's just common sense, especially when numbers are high. In the UK we haven't seen the high number of hospital admissions as we did when the pandemic started, even though the numbers of people getting covid is high, in fact I know three people this year alone that have had it including their families, all vaccinated. I've not heard about patients dying due to hospitals not having enough stocks of medicine, you should get the family to put this in the local papers. They should of at least put him on oxygen. The fact is, vaccination remains a choice, because it is an experimental vaccine, and so no one knows the long term effects of this medication. It's different in as much as old vaccines use to inject a dead part of the virus into the system, where as the MRNA vaccine, inserts itself into your genes and so making your own body create covid, and then forcing your body to create antibodies, hence it is classed as a gene therapy vaccine. This type of thing has been used in cancer treatments to target specific areas so that less healthy tissue is destroyed, but has never been used in this manner. This is also why the companies creating the vaccines are exempt from legal cases if anything goes wrong or if life-changing side effects occur, many have already been documented. Hence, people are not able to be given the full side effects of the vaccine because it's new, so informed consent cannot be given, and this is why it should remain a personal choice. I don't encourage, or discourage people to be vaccinated, I say it's their choice. Another fact is that this is the first time more than two vaccinations have been given in a year, again something we will not know the side effects of. Israel is on it's forth vaccination and still has high cases of covid. When this started the vaccine consisted of one shot, with a follow up booster. Then this got forgotten, and the booster became the third vaccine, now there are four in some countries, and now the fifth vaccine is coming to market specifically for the omicron variant, that's five vaccines within just over a year. As for statistics it wasn't that long ago that the CDC stated that it believed that over 83% of Americans had already caught Covid, meaning this should of led to herd immunity, and it hasn't. Because people still have their natural immunity, my cousins husband had his immunity tested, he caught it right at the beginning in March 2020, he was last tested in April 2021 and still had immunity. You don't hear many large studies on natural immunity, this is something the non vaccinated could help with. At the beginning of all this, we were originally told that only the elderly or those with comorbidities should be vaccinated, then all of a sudden perfectly healthy people were being told to get vaccinated, even going down to children, and there has been an increase in cases of myocarditis in males between ages 15-19 who have been vaccinated. So really all anyone can do is read the facts, and then decide, but coercion will not work, and neither should it be practiced. False information should be rooted out, I've seen some of it from both sides, including reports where people obviously don't understand the vaccine and assume that gene therapy is some sort of mutation, I've seen papers quoted, I've followed the links and these papers are in reference to studies in 2015, and so I do raise awareness of false information, but that has to be balanced for both sides.
  • It makes me wonder why people wear a mask at all if it doesn't prevent you from getting the virus. If these people wore their masks diligently and properly how did they get covid? It wasn't because SOMEONE ELSE didn't wear THEIR mask! And this does look exactly like leftist bull! Even if I hadn't caught you lying before I wouldn't believe THIS!
    • Beat Covid, Avoid Republicans
LJ, If some did wear their mask they could still get covid. If someone didn't wear their masks there is a higher chance they might get covid. Take Florida. Everybody gets to do what they want. No mask mandates. I'm glad that makes you happy. However Florida is now Covid Central. The hospital system is failing. Now take Washington state. Yes to Mask mandates means No breakouts. If fact Washingtonians are taking Covidians from Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. This isn't liberal bull. That's the truth. Masks do work, not 100% but they work.

Just listen to the almighty Fauci - "masks work"..."masks don't work"..."wear one mask"..."wear two masks"..."wear masks indoors"...Hulk HAS to be correct because after this train of logic left the station, he has cited every possible side of the official narrative. The only problem is, Fauci is a fraud. You're known by the misinformation you quote.
    • dalcocono
This virus is not ONLY transmitted by breathing it in. Just like flu or a cold, they could have touched a surface that had it on it, then touched their face, or they could have forgotten to wash their hands after being exposed too. Masks are just one defense against the virus. We have to be diligent as we are when the flu is going around, because covid can kill you.
  • I believe people should be masked indoor. I wear mine indoors. I think the safe side one should wear a mask outdoors if its impossible to social distance. Some people are immunocompromised and/or with comorbids eg diabetes, cancer( especcially leukemia, chemo, being senior citizens, HIV/AIDS etc
