how to stop a neighbor from cranking loud music?
I have this neighbor that my apt building put right under me, unfortunately he likes loud music and in the middle of the night too. i have called the police one time when it was 3:30 am and i got woken up by it, ive told the apt manager but hes still here, he woke me up again at 1am this wknd, he turned it off on his own so i didnt call the cops then cause i wouldnt have evidence, any suggestions? i hate loud music to begin with so why is he allowed to do this? and not get thrown out

They probably won't put him out with just one infraction and according to your question, that's all that has officially been made. If he gets a second or third warning they may put him out. My advice is to get ear plugs. Other than that, call the cops every time.
