I agree repair is unlikely to be cost-effective, if available at all. If it's under warranty, contact the manufacturer. Check the basic things first: are there any lights? Find the reset button - often hidden inside a small hole. See if it shows up under wifi access points on your phone. Google "30-30-30 reset."

Agree with others. Not only is the repair likely to cost more than buying a new replacement device, buying new means you get newer features (e.g. faster wifi; wifi that's better at penetrating walls and better at longer distance; better firewall; more compatibility with new devices; etc.).
