  • Exercise was my first thought as well. But drinking water is a good second. Also keeping healthy snacks prepped and ready to grab from the fridge or fruit or nut bowl. Instead of this pack of jalapeno crackers I'm snacking on with over 500 mg sodium! Only just checked it. I won't be buying them anymore. 😔
