If someone trys to create a problem
I was just chilling outside a shop and a person comes on his motorcycle and buys soemthing and when he gets on his bike he leaves that area in full speed like really reving his engine i had my earphones on he wanted to get my attention but i never looked but i heard the sound thats why he reved his bike so hard so about this should i let it go or the next time i see him should i do the same to him

That's a very self centered attitude!! Why do you think this had anything to do with you? Maybe a dude who rides a motorcycle just likes to feel that rumbling engine between his legs. He probably didn't even see you or care that you were there! Motorcycles are loud. You need to get over yourself!! Everything is not about YOU! And I don't see how someone riding a motorcycle where one is allowed by law is somehow creating a problem in that self centered little head of yours!
