  • In order to remove the VP for office, she would need to be impeached and convicted in the Senate, or else someone else would have to be elected to replace her, just like removing the president. So, no matter how much she upset Biden, it'd be up to 2/3rd of the Senate to fire her.

So does he have any legal right to fire all the others for the same reason?

Basically, the Pres can "fire" anyone that the Pres appoints. That includes things like White House staff, department heads and sub-heads (like IRS and CIA heads as well as the top or "executive" departments such as Treasury, Homeland Security and Education departments). Note that this also includes top-ranking military officials (as the Pres is commander-in-chief of all of the armed forces).

Sorry BR, that is incorrect information. Biden Can't Fire Harris like he does cabinet ministers. She was elected, not appointed. She won by a vote of the people. Harris can be impeached but not fired.
  • it was in the past

Why should certain ones who did the EXACT SAME THING be fired and others not? Why fire anyone for it? ESPECIALLY when it was way back when their brains weren't fully developed?

  • Because it has legal uses in 35 states. The Baby Boomers are retired. the WWII generation is dead. Its a new day. There is no more stigma about smoking pot. Even if you state only allows medical marijuana; insomnia, back pain, nausea and depression are all legitimate reasons for a doctor to sign for you! Frankly I think it will be legal in the USA by 2030.
