How many like Mac n Cheese and do you like it fixed with groundbeef or mixed with leftover Chilli ?

Years ago when we would have Mac n Cheese growing up, we would have some leftover and can remember my mom ( late) would mix it with Hamburger meat and that made an awesome dish, and sometimes when we had leftover chili she would add Mac n Cheese to it

I usually fix it with tuna and frozen peas if I have them. It makes two or three meals. Onions are also great in it. Sometimes I use the cheese packet mix to make cheese grits with bacon bits, then make a pasta salad with the macaroni. My mom often made macaroni with chili. Its good for diluting the heat, per se.

I like mac and cheesed with chilli. There's a name for the dish. Chilli Mac. It was named by vegan proponent Neal Bernard MD. You can make mac & cheese using vegan cheese. Of course the chilli is with beans, not meat.
