If I have the time, yes. Since I have a toddler and two older kids at home, work a full-time job, and have two side-businesses, as well as other hobbies and interests that I seldom have time to practice, I very rarely have time to bake.

  I've been burning myself out since I was 15 years old. Might as well keep burning as bright and hot as I can until I can burn no more. I don't think anybody on their death bed said "Gee, I wish I had done less with my life."

Both! But I cook a lot more than I bake. And I assemble things a lot more than I cook.

I like to do both. I only do it for family and friends now though. I retired from the restaurant profession as executive chef several years ago. I've been cooking and baking since I was a kid.
