I have a tortoise named Freddy, he is mean but, you gotta love him. He is currently hibernating till March!😏

No. My lease doesn't allow pets. I did back in 2000.

I have had snakes, lizards and turtles in the past. I also caught a lot of frogs and salamanders as a kid and would keep them for a bit. No reptiles now though. What about you?

Not me, but one of my great granddaughters has a lizard of some sort she keeps in a cage with a heat lamp in winter. In summer, when the cats are outside, she lets it loose to hunt bugs in the house. Reptiles are not my sort of pet. 3/8/26

no more than 25 watts for the infrared heat lamps in the enclosure otherwise you'll burn them them was what a snake bloke told me one time.

dalcocono She's kept it alive for about 3 years now. She's doing ok I guess. -
★Stevo mainly applys to snakes as they will wrap themselves around the globe. Her enclosure must be good as the lizard hasn't died.
