      I used to make Lasagna two pans at a time in big roaster pans, and cut it into 12 portions each, put it in sandwich bags so it would be individually wrapped then put it in a freezer container. I'd send it to work with my son and by the time he was ready to eat it would be thawed. He'd just heat and eat. I don't think I've made lasagna in ten years now!
