Rich businessman who make unreasonable profit, exploiting poor consumer and get away with it. How can we pass a law to stop these greed acts which harms the society?

You don't have to make new laws. Just don't buy their product. They only 'get away with it' because the poor fork over the money. You need to learn about the law that is already in place called the law of supply and demand.

How is the poor consumer getting exploited? You don't have to buy an iPhone if you don't want to. You don't have to be on Facebook is you don't want to. You don't have to buy from Amazon if you don't want to. Quit blaming your problems on rich people.

When we really have governments (City through Federal) that are really "of the people, by the people, and for the people", they will put peoples interests before corporations and profiteers. (people who just make money with money) Raising taxes on profits could pay for public works projects, and people could be hired and trained to make a respectable living.

Archie Bunker Aren't those evil corporations employing people and giving them a wage in exchange for labor? Those corporations that people say are so bad, are what keeps the economy rolling along. Those corporations provide you with products and services that you choose to purchase. I find it comical when people complain about the big evil corporations.....while Facebooking on their iPhones. -
Zotron Yes, they have to pay people to make money for them. But it is a very profitable expenditure.
