Goat milk is popular in many cultures, but any sort of female mammal can be milked- elk, deer, moose, rabbit, rat, platypus, etc.

I've used ricotta in lasagna, that's about the closest I've come that I'm aware. And I'd drink goat milk. I'd try the others, but I'm not gonna drink it if I don't like it.

bostjan the adequate 🥉 A former coworker worked on a horse farm, and used to tell everyone that she milked the horses there. I'm sure she was joking, but, on the other hand, why not? -
Linda Joy I saw a Storage Wars where someone found a sheep milker. They happened to mention that pigs can be milked as well but they don't do it because the pigs don't like it and become too difficult to make it worthwhile! hahaha!
