Can I give the court an excuse of Covid-19?
I been evicted for non payment since february. Can i give the court the excuse to move the court date for Covid-19. So I can have more time, I dont have any where to go.

The President has expanded the time ...that a Landlord can't evict you...contact the Attorney Generals Office , Governor of your State if in the USA , contact legal Aid Attorney if you can't afford one .

Call the department of human resources in your area and ask them what can be done. I already left you a detailed answer on your last question. You did see it, right? Feigning covid 19 in court can get you in a lot of trouble! It can also make anyone you've come in contact with be hassled over getting it. You must be VERY VERY young to even consider such a thing!

Of course, there are many changes to how courts are running during the COVID-19 pandemic. But still, you should keep in touch with the court and ask them if you have taken any proactive steps during the court date rescheduling period.
