Do you eat the skins with your potato?
What about banana peel? I put it in smoothies, after trimming the ends. They are almost as nutritious as the banana. And I don't like to waste. Hmmm... its about that time.

I like my potatoes baked and come out with hard skins and I like to melt butter over them with a little salt & pepper.
