It depends on the situation. I wouldn't trust a stranger with the care of my child (if I still had one). And I don't trust that whatever anyone posts online is true. If it sounds sketchy I google it to verify. I can barely trust myself to hold someone else's ice cream or chocolate without eating some. But I do generally trust people until they give me a reason not to. In matters of love and romance, my door is closed! Period! I don't trust them not to hurt me and I don't trust myself to be nice if they shit on me.
