Capitalism. The harder you work the more money you make. Sounds fair, right? Also your conscience. If you do good you feel good. That should be reward enough. Otherwise you're only doing it to be praised or rewarded. What sorts of volunteer work do YOU DO? Combine the two and maybe you could work for a non profit of your choice and maybe make a little money for your work.

We already have a system. The American Dream is the belief that anyone can attain their own version of good and success in a society. It might not seem like it in today's society, because a lot of people who expect a reward do not know how to make their dreams come true.
