Do you practice some form of meditation (regardless of your religious preference)? And if so - do you have any tips/resources?
I am a Christian but really have no interest in arguing against other religions. I am told for people like me who WORRY too much especially about what others think - mediation would be a good thing.

I practice meditation. I don't believe that it's anything anyone had to teach me how to do. In fact, the thought of someone teaching someone else how to meditate seems a little weird to me. I'd say just try to clear your mind

Not that mantras work, but mine is ‘seren’ short for serenity.. it is anything but relaxing, maybe that is why I don’t use it :)
