They were given the sole power to do this AND determine who is eligible or not for what medication(so much for choice) They have failed to negotiate the lowest prices. 2)Passing a law forbidding the government(our government) from negotiating directly on our behalf. 3) The billions and billions spent on lobbying for these private interests.
