I want to find a job in usa (im from tunisia) and get a visa , is it possible from the websites like indeed.com to do that ?(i don't have a degree)

No, you don't apply for a visa on indeed.com. You apply for a US visa from the US embassy in Tunisia. https://tn.usembassy.gov/visas/

What Linda Joy said. Also, if you have any special skills, make sure you communicate that to your embassy. A lot of people want to come to the USA for jobs, so obtaining a US work visa is a highly competitive process. If you want to come here to start your own business, or to work in a highly specialized field, your odds will be much better than if you want to come to the USA to mop the floors as a retail chain. But anything is possible with the right mindset.
