Do Jehovah witnesses believe that Jesus is the arch angel Michael?
I have been told the above but am unsure whether this is true, if so where is this written in the bible?

There are many passages in the link were Jesus is supposedly what the Jehovah's Witnesses claim to be. Finding a specific verse were Jesus is the Archangel Michael is like finding a unicorn.
