The percentage of women who stay with a man known to molest their children is HUGE. They usually simply take the "Fake News" route and refuse to believe it happened in spite of substantial evidence that it did happen. Why? Presumably fear of being alone, insecurity, and losing a sexual partner. When people are faced with an undesirable outcome their judgement goes out of whack.
