  • There is no evidence that he is her brother, and some circumstantial evidence otherwise. Although, he doesn't appear to have ever been romantically involved with her either, so there are still a lot of unanswered questions. I believe it doesn't look good for her at this point, since there has already been proven to have been some legal shenanigans revolving around her marriages.

      I tend not to believe this either. Not because I know her or her shenanigans, but because a citizen can sponsor a sibling anyway. There would have been no need for her to fake marry him. But the married filing jointly with husband #1 I'm not sure was ever legal because they weren't legally married to begin with and the one she filed jointly with him when she was legally married to someone else is a big no-no. But I wouldn't put it past the Democrats to vote her back in, they gave Clinton a second term!

      You're right. She already received a slap on the wrist from the IRS ($500 fine or something like that) for the problems with her tax preparations. I doubt it will go any further. If someone like you or me tried to pull a stunt like that, we'd likely receive a fine ten times higher, or even jail time.
