is bathroom moisture dangerous to laptop?
Hello
my laptop is in the same room as the bathroom is
i go to bathroom every day
my room and bathroom haven't any air vent except the door of the room which is usually closed (there are only small cracks on sides of the door)
can moisture of bathroom be dangerous to my (lenovo) laptop?

If you shower in there, then yes. Showering in an unventilated bathroom can raise the humidity level to the dew point. Condensation can form inside of the laptop, which can lead to corrosion or short circuit, damaging or destroying the components of the computer. If you don't bathe in there, and just use the toilet and the sink, then I don't think there would be much of a problem, as long as the laptop doesn't get wet.

Isn't it illegal to have an unventilated bathroom? Where do you live? If you're worried about moisture store it in a bag of uncooked rice when not in use.

i wouldnt think so unless you get water all over your laptop, if youre worried about it dont keep it there
