Well, I would think that if the scenario in my question plays out, then there will be no wall to fund.

I don't think Trump will ever officially cave on the wall, but I don't think there is any way he can get it done before he leaves office whether 2020 or 2024. I think the caravan will slowly leave the news without a public resolution.

No. But I think the House will cave in, since they're the ones actually holding the purse strings.

Trump will continue to exploit fear in his base for political ends. I'm sure none of us here in this conversation knows what its like to have to flee for your life from your community. The stability we have enjoyed here is rare in history. How we as a country, as a people treat those in need reflects on all of us. I for one am more of a bridge builder.
