Pep Boys. Based on 5-star Google reviews, they have bad customer service, the so-called auto technicians can screw up your engine from improper service, unresponsive management and more negative feedback.

the customer never causes the problems do they? cheeping out is the root cause of most problems. We all do it. I recently replaced a starter motor in my own car the solenoid was jamming causing no crank no start, Did constant under voltage cause it to fail I knew the battery was weak a year a ago I should of replaced it but it still started so I didn't. The battery tester when we serviced it was how I knew it was weak last year. When your tight it wont matter where you go you will make yourself problems.
