  • Espresso is just fine!

I like your exclamation mark. It indicates strong feelings, as in: nothing more, nothing less.

Actually, I'd like a shot of 'Sambuca' with it. Hmmm! Now I'm truly ready for any dream!
    • Jenny_Rizzo
May your dreams come true. :)
    • Vittorio 'Sam' Manunta-Lowell
      It's my trick, always works!
    • Jenny_Rizzo
      Sure, now keep dreaming.
  • I use both. Coffee more so in the morning or when it's cold out, and an energy drink on occasion in the afternoon. Or if I'm leaving early in the morning and its gonna be a hot day I'll fix a bottle of energy drink over half a 1 L bottle of ice and refill with water through the day.
  • Can't stand the taste of coffee so that is out. Too much sugar in energy drinks so that is out. Unsweet ice tea is good and hot tea with nothing in it is good too. Also hot palo azul is good and healthy too.

My energy drinks are sugar free. Do you make the drink from the leaves of the Palo azul? I'd never heard of it before but learned it's a member of the daisy family. Cool, thanks!
    • Linda Joy
Honey is very healthy antibiotic even! Unless you're diabetic, I guess.

Most everything "non Sugar" is made with aspartame which is more dangerous than sugar. The only safe sweetener I know of is Stevia. Palo azual means "blue stick" in English. It is made from the wood from a bush in Mexico. The chips of wood are placed in water and boiled. The results is a blue tea that is healthy to drink and quite good. here is but one web site about the benifits of palo azual: https://azultea.com/blogs/palo-azul/81244294-palo-azul-40-benefits-from-drinking-it
    • Linda Joy
      Cool. Yes I use stevia.

Thinker, great advice. I enjoy drinking those sugar free Monster Lo-Carb Energy drinks and a few others. They keep me awake, while they get me hyped up during my physical activities. I am aware that the sugar free label is deceptive. Aspartame causes dizziness, anxiety, insomnia, etc. If you drink them with moderation, it isn't a big deal. But once you find yourself drinking 3-5 energy drinks per day, it becomes an addiction.
    • Thinker
Aspartame can do many harmful things to the human body. Maybe that is why Trump is so screwed up. I here he drinks 12 to 15 per day.
    • Jenny_Rizzo
Thinker, thanks for keeping us informed about Trump. lol
  • Coffee keeps me awake better
  • I do not drink any caffeine. It makes me nervous and gives me insomnia.
    • Jenny_Rizzo
I'm all the caffeine you need. :)
    • ReiSan
I do not need you at all. You are the worst troll I have seen here

You are evil to hate someone who disagrees with your ignorant beliefs. I do not want you to follow me.

Calm down. This is AB, were the comments option is for ABer's to exchange messages.
  • Red Bull when it is very humid, and coffee when it is not. Tea all the time!
  • Neither for me . I have enough energy without drinking stuff to get more.
    • Jenny_Rizzo
Thumbs up for answering, but having "enough energy" as you say won't cut it in my game. :D
    • ReiSan
A proper fitness regimen will make you energetic without stimulants.
    • Jenny_Rizzo
ReiSan, oh, I am a Fitness Guru. If you can find me on VK or Twitter, then you will know what I'm about. I model for my hubby. I really don't need energy, I need an edge. This is why i made it clear to Thinker in his answer that: "they get me hyped up during my physical activities." I also film workout videos. I share them on social media.
    • Venus1485
I've done some modelling, and I'm fit, so I have plentiful energy. Coffee, Coca-Cola, etc. make me nervous and give me insomnia.
    • Jenny_Rizzo
Venus1485, your last sentence has poor grammar. I don't drink coffee or Coca-Cola, so you worry about helping others who are in need of Coca-Cola advice. Quote: "I've done some modelling, and I'm fit, so I have plentiful energy." You are so full of it with your fake sock puppet accounts. You are a big fat liar.
  • i like the energy drinks that put coffee in it
    • Jenny_Rizzo
They are called Mocha energy coffee drinks.
  • Red wine all the way !! And it has to be Shiraz !!
