• I don't know about the newest pans, but I've used the Canola spray on the older non-stick pans for years without any damage. The only time I've had a problem is when someone has used metal utensils or a fork.
  • Good question! They say not to use non stick spray, but olive and canola oil are ok. If you're worried about voiding your warranty I'd call and ask the manufacturer. Personally I'd check the label to see if it's 100% oil, or if it contains flour or any other additives. If 100% oil I'd use it.
