Hardcore Conservative Truthfully, you'd probably only be able to make small-talk. There is probably something on the books about negotiating with foreign governments on behalf of the US, so they probably could jam you up somehow I'd imagine. -

I would surmise that any that would attempt to do so would not question the sanity of, or the legality. Doubtful there is any specific law forbidding, you may want to contact your Representative -- they may take it up. Can't seem to accomplish anything else.

There is no need for such a law, since there is no actual evidence that ETs have ever visited our world. Some scientists show that interstellar travel is just fantasy.
