When is it a good thing to be impatient?

Well when I have to go to the hospital every now and then what to get out of there asap. Or if you catch a diastase or flu better grab some pills or doctors opinion quickly. Best one if you hit the looter don't hold the ticket for 1 year cash the thing the next day.
