    I only us caps when I want to emphasize and not be yelling a word or three. But a whole sentence of caps is ridiculous.

      I just decided if I'm to the point where I've seen so many of them repeatedly from the same person it's starting to get on my nerves then I'll just skip it no point in getting upset right?

      It's not important. It'll probably show up eventually anyway I've had the same thing happen it just doesn't show up right away but you go back later and it's there.

      The yellow thing is the flag so you can notify admin that it's a duplicate or it's spam or it's offensive or whatever

      I didn't know I was answering too much. And the comment part is so small I have trouble seeing what I type.

      No, comments are not counted. And ctrl + will magnify text on a computer. But you're right it is bigger. I have to enlarge it on my phone as well!

      Lol I'm taking that as a no you didn't know. I use caps when I want to put an emphasis on certain words. I like to let other people know so that others don't get angry with them when they didn't know.
