Why are there questions in the question feed that can't hold any more answers?
Shouldn't they be reasked? Or better yet allow more than 100 answers?

Those are very old questions that have been brought back from the archives, probably as space filler. There is a 100 answer limit on them. Personally - I'd just rather they were left in the tar pits with the rest of the dinosaur bones.
