  • Pressure is equal to the density of the fluid (water = 1 g/cm3) times the acceleration of gravity (9.8 m/s2) times the distance between the point of interest and the surface of the fluid, plus the head pressure (101 kPa). Since the bottom hole is farthest from the surface, it will have the greatest pressure, and therefore will squirt the farthest if the holes are of equal size. If the holes are not of equal size, then, well, it depends also on the size of the hole.
