So I need help. *Hospitality workers*
So I need help. I work as a waiter at a very expensive and busy restaurant where I have served a couple a three course meal with some of the best wines the restaurant offers. They seemed to be perfectly happy with the food and the service until I brough them the admittedly large bill. The couple then complains that the food was not good, the restaurant is noisy and that I served them in a rushed manner.
How would you consult with them to seek solutions to their dissatisfaction?

When I worked food service and I had problems like this, I would go and patiently explain it to my manager and he would take care of the problem. It's usually good to have a disinterested 3rd party involved.
