At 13%, a person might think of it as a fairly low number, BUT ( and yes that is a very big but ) ... I looked up the census figures of the USA from July 2016, and did the math. 13% translates to over 42 million people (that's a lot of people). That's approximately 6 million more people than the entire population of Canada (during that same time period). It's amazing how our perspective changes when we translate percentages into hard numbers. -
