Won a great looking rare watch on Ebay! Not working on arrival. Should I return it, or pay for a repair?

Depends on the money involved but, generally, the best option is to have a jeweler examine it for a nominal charge to see if it can be repaired. Speed is of the essence, though. IF eBay offers any kind of guarantee, I'm sure the clock (as opposed to your watch) is ticking.
