Why aren't computers designed so that they release a permanent skunk-like smell every time someone uses "there" instead of "their"?
Or "where" instead of "were", "it's" instead of "its", "your" instead of "you're", or any other similarly hideous monstrosities? Will someone please hurry up and invent such a feature and install it on every computer in the world?

Think about what you're asking for. If computers let go a stinky one every time someone failed to use spell-check our air quality would be so polluted that even birds couldn't fly. ; )

Good point, Ice man, but think of it in a positive light. If there was such a feature it would soon put a stop to all that hideous mangling of the English language that drives most of us bonkers, wouldn't it? That is the general idea.
