      Hey, Thrifty!
  • I was on the former AnswerBag from 2009 until a month or so before they shut it down.
    • Queen Chelsea

Yes I remember you! I was "Anonymous".

      Try fluther.com
  • Yes, and still an active member on Fluther and Amirite.
    • Skunky Stinkerson
yes indeed, i mentioned amirite in my answer below :p
  • I was on the old answer bag for years. My wife and me are also on others social media. Some of good and some are just OK.
  • like Answerbag and Ask.com, Sodahead (a popular Question, Opinion, Poll site) closed a couple of summers ago without warning. i've spent the past 2 years on a site called blurtit.com, i've also used other sites such as ihavesolved.com / amirite.com (which was the closet thing to sodahead that former sodaheaders found), and yahoo answers. i never used the old answerbag site but im sure it was far better than this half baked new site!! its not going to live if they don't fix the issues and the lack of features it has.

I thought I saw you briefly on the old Answerbag about three years ago, Skunky. Unless that was someone else using the name "Skunky". As for the half-baked state of this new AB, I totally agree, but we'll have to give it time to sort itself out. Lol:)

I tried old answermug for a very short period a few years ago but never used it in the sense that i wasn't a long term user or a regular member- just a brief tester.. i didn't like the site at all.

EDIT - I tried the old AB for a very short period a few years ago but never used it in the sense that i wasn't a long term user or a regular member- just a brief tester.. i didn't like the site at all. and i'm greatly disappointed that this new AB is so incomplete because i love the layout and style!! looks like im gonnabe moving on from here as well.

this site is just so sleek, pretty, and i like the profile design alot but im too bummed out over many things such as no proper notifications (for when someone "Likes, Comments, Answers, Replies" etc. can't view answered questions on your profile past a certain point, can't view asked questions past a certain point on the main homepage, the bold letter at the start of everything is highly annoying, no search box to look up past questions.

and how you can't edit your answers and comments.
  • Yep. Three, actually. All of them started out wonderfully and then turned to shit as soon as people started bleating about the need for censorship. Nothing kills conversation (and friendships) quite like 'moderators.'
  • I was on the old Answerbag, but not with this name. There was another guy called "no smoking" who left after a few weeks, but that wasn't me. I chose this name to take the p*ss out of the dreaded smoking ban, it was not intended to be a mockery of that other ex-Bagger. Lol;)
  • I joined this one and Answermug on the same day.
  • I was on the old AB. I had an account name beginning with M, but it wasn't Murgatroyd.
  • Yes, I came from Yahoo Answers to Answerbag in 2012.
