  • The question is... does he know he's lying?
    • Ice man
He must know, but I don't think he'd admit it.

Excellent comment Bella an Ice Man
  • Hmm! Are you a lie detector?
    • Ice man
I've been around long enough to know bullshit when I hear it.
    • RareCatch
Both of them is really full of bullshit! Nov.17
    • Ice man
Which "both" are you talking about? This has nothing to do with Hillary- she's last weeks news.
  • Let's have some examples of these "lies", Ice. Don't just throw these arbitrary and unspecific questions for us to answer. And please don't forget to consider his former opponent's proven lies in your smear.
    • RareCatch
      Excellent Nov.17

The question is current as of Tues. Nov 15 2016 and has nothing to do with his former opponent. "NEW YORK ? Hidden from the public in his Manhattan high-rise, Donald Trump huddled Tuesday with Vice-President-elect Mike Pence as he tried to fill out key posts in his Cabinet. But the transition team appeared to be straining under the enormous challenge of setting up a new administration. Former Rep. Mike Rogers, a respected Republican voice on national security issues, announced he was quitting the transition effort. An apparent clerical oversight effectively halted the Trump team's ability to co-ordinate with President Barack Obama's White House." "A short time later a tweet appeared on Trump's account: "Very organized process taking place as I decide on Cabinet and many other positions. I am the only one who knows who the finalists are!" Is that comprehensive.enough for ya ? He clearly is having trouble filling his cabinet, but has to lie about it.
    • BagginsB
No, it isn't comprehensive enough...cabinet creation demands careful consideration and none of us know the degree of "turmoil" in their process. All administrations, and I mean all, huddle in a quiet location to sort it all out and DON'T give and shouldn't give a blow by blow of the details. I don't see that you can call anything in today's news about his cabinet picking as "lying" unless you're being unnecessarily nit-picky. I can see that it's going to be a long, long 8+ years for you.
    • Ice man
I guess you missed it - His team is backing away from him and he's telling us that he has everyone under control. That's the lie. Close your eyes & cover your ears if you like, but I'll be surprised if he even lasts 1 term before he's impeached.
    • Stepper is in the bag
I don't think he understands the difference between truth and falsity. He doesn't strike me as a particularly educated man. So, in a certain sense, he's not a liar. To the extent that he's a liar, he will always be one.
    • we are dough
      Yawn....
  • I doubt it.
    • we are dough
      I bet you do....
  • Everyone who is involved in big business or politics is lying - nothing new.
    • BagginsB
How can you say that, Karin? This is neither fair nor correct. There are those in big business AND politics who strive to do and say the right thing based on their heart and conscience. Sure, we're all human and humans are imperfect and their will be times when we'll get caught in a "white" lie (no offense to your hair or mine) but to lump all the politicians and all of big business leaders into the "Liar" bag. And there is quite a difference also between lying for personal and political gain and lying to not let a national security secret out, for instance. Throwing around accusations of being a liar just because he/she is a politician or big business leader doesn't serve anyone's purpose. It only serves to keep people divided and these past 16 years, we've been divided enough!
    • officegirl
      BagginsB I agree.
  • When did Obama stopped lying?.. it's a presidents duty by lying to it's own citizens, just to satisfy the mass crowd. Martin Luther King spoke the truth got murdered for it
    • Ice man
The question was about Donald Trump. Not about M.L. King, H. or B.Clinton, B. Obama, or G. Bush either for that matter.
  • Some hopes!
    • Ice man
I don't see it happening anytime soon.
  • No, he won't.
    • Ice man
And that, ladies & gentlemen, is unfortunately the truth ! As others have said, he doesn't even realize the difference between lying and telling the truth.
  • Will The Concorde ever stop flying.
