I should probably answers I own question. I started sleeping naked at 9. Mom knew and was okay with it. Been to a slumber party before and strip naked under the sheets to sleep. And I am 16 f.

As a young boy I wear top and bottom. As I got into 4th grade that I start to sleep naked. Now yo have to use common sense. It it was winter and very cold that I would wear a t-shirt to bed but no pants. You health play an important role. Yes you can turn the heat up to 80's but than you have a big electric bill. My family is a nudists family. When I had sleep over or I was sleeping at other friends homes that I would be naked in bed or if cold weather that I would wear a t-shirt and no bottom. When I was at friends house for the night that I would be as I was at home. Complete nude or in underwear. Some friends homes I could not do that but some I was able to.

No one notices if you are constantly wrapped in blankets. I sleep naked all the time, I'm still a kid and I live with my parents. Just don't let em' see you naked, that's all. Also I'm alone most of the time so i haven't had to deal with others much. Naked habits i'd say

When I became sexually active as a teenager. Don't remember if I did when I was living with my parents. I think perhaps sometimes. I left home when I was 17. We live where it is cold in the winters so when it gets down to below 20 degrees F. yes I put on a nightgown. Or if I am feeling colder.
