  • One way to ripen an avocado is to leave it in a container of uncooked rice. It should ripen up in 2-3 days. Optional: you can wrap the avocado in newspaper and then put it in the rice.

  • Brown bag it, like the person above said...only I don't know nothin about no stinkin bananas in my avocados!!! Seriously, place your cherished avocados in a brown bag for a few days, it works. The fruit part, mixing with em... never tried it, so I won't respond to that.
