Have you ever purchase a forclosed home and did you feel bad about it?

I have bought several forclosed homes and made "rental" agreements with the prior owners. When the year is up and they have met their side of the agreement..it's their home free and clear.

I would love to buy a foreclosed home, but in california they are not really any cheaper

Never have but I imagine I would feel bad. I would also feel funny about buying someone else's stuff at the pawnbroker/hock shop. But logically, if I don't someone else will -- but I never have done either thing so far. Gives me the creeps.
