You could eat a lot of carrots, but that would turn your skin yellowy orange. I have not heard of any food that alters your eye colour. Eye colour is a genetic feature.
-
You need a pair of coloured contact lenses to change your eye colour - and they are to put over your eyes not to be eaten.
-
i didnt know your eye colour could change by anything
-
Forget about eye color, eating lots of fruits and veggies will help your eyes.
-
That would be cool. And strange.
-
Go to the optician and buy colored contact lenses. That is the only way to change the color your eyes appear. Foods will not do the trick.
-
I have never heard of any raw food (or anything else) that will change your eye color. For healthy eyes, eat all kinds of raw vegetables and fruits.

Eye color CAN change along with changes to the diet. One of my friends used to have brown eyes, and now they're a cool swampy green color after being on a mostly raw diet for a year and a half. Here's more info on this subject: http://www.rawpaleodiet.org/iris-color-change-1.html

I've only read that raw foods can make lighter eye colors appear clearer whatever that means but it won't have a visible effect on darker eye colors. I don't know which foods they would be though.

Yes.. if you stop eating cooked foods, and eat solely raw, and a predominance of fruit, your eye colour will very likely change as did mine.. going from brown to a green blue colour.. Cooked food is dead food, and raw food is alive and will bring back vitality to your life which will also be reflected in your eye colouring. regards, Mango the Fruitarian.

Forget food, get a Hepatitis infection for unusually yellow eyes.
-
The eyes you were given are the eyes you got. Short of colored contacts you will have that color for life, I'm afraid.
-
how long did it take you to change your eye colour with just eating raw food and not cooked foods?
-
how long ? did it take you ? :)

Eating raw unpasteurised milk and cream, along with juiced vegetables can change your eye colour. Mine wnet from light brwon to grey over a year on this diet; it is the result of detoxification. This will not, however, apply to people of afrcian or oriental descent who are born with "black" eyes. It only applies to people of european descent whose natrually blue eyes are clouded by toxins in cooked food. I know this sounds absurd but it has happened to me and I have seen it happen to others. Ignore the ignoratn remarks about coloured contact lenses btw.
