  • Try making a custard-based ice cream, which requires heating the ingredients before freezing them and thus lowering the risk of salmonella. If the reason you aren't wanting to use eggs is because you don't like them, then try making a sorbet (which is a frozen dessert made without eggs or dairy).
  • You can make almost any ice cream without eggs. Only custard like ice creams use eggs.
  • Look like I am 2yrs out answering this question! But Sheer Bliss Ice Cream does not use eggs and they are not required to make ice cream. If you want to check then look at the pint can that the ice cream comes in I am hooked and so will you be lol. :)
