Why do Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Jesus is Michael the archangel when Heb 2:5 clearly says that an angel will not rule the new earth? Doesn't God make it clear in Heb that it isn't an angel that He calls His Son(Heb1:5)?

If Jesus were a created being then He doesn't deserve the same Honor as the Father. BUT, if one takes the message of the Bible and sees that everyone should honor the Son just as they honor the Father: Then that means if they worship the Father, then they should worship the Son as well!(Jon5:23) NO EXCUSES! If you don’t worship the Son then you don’t worship the Father that sent Him!

Jesus was an angel that was with God when he created Adam and Eve. They were very close. He was Michael until he voluntarily came to Earth to save us and he became God's ONLY BEGOTTEN son. So, God's SON will rule the new earth.

The bible shows that Jesus is the Archangel. Revelation 12:7 says that Micheal and his angels would war with the Dragon, Genesis 3:15 tells us the promised seed would crush the Dragon. If Micheal defeats him in Heaven he must be great in power. Hold that thought for a second. Now, Daniel 12:1 shows us that during a great time of distress Micheal the great prince will stand up for the people. It says during that time a distress which has never occurred will occur and never again. Matthew 24:21,30,31 say a great tribulation will occur and never again. Verse 30 shows that Jesus presence will be seen and verse 31 that his angels will be sent forth. Archangel means "chief Angel" All these scriptures show that Jesus and Micheal perform the same task during that time of distress. Logically Jesus and Micheal are the same. Matthew 13:41 Shows Jesus the Son of Man sending his angels similar to Revelation 12:7 where it speaks of Micheal leading his angels.

You are telling us that it TWO PEOPLE PERFORMED THE SAME TASK AT THE SAME TIME...THIS MAKES THE TWO PERSONS ONE PERSON? Are you saying that if I showed you a verse where JEHOVAH SEND HIS ANGELS....THEN I SHOW YOU ANOTHER ONE WHERE JESUS SEND HIS ANGEL....THIS MAKES JESUS JEHOVAH? -
