  • The drum itself may have a one or two slotted/phillip screws that holds the drum to the axle. Most times the screw is rusted on, so tap it with a hammer or get a impact screwdriver from harbor freight.
  • I just did this on my 78 corolla 5 door wagon and alls i did was un ste the parking brake and tapped the drum around the edge and it came off.....it might be a little stubbron but if it doesnt have those screws it might have a hole in the drum to put a screw or bolt in there to twist in to press the drum off kinda like a honda does to get the disk brake rotor off on some of the older cars.
