We have a Pur filter on our faucet in our sink to filter the water. We put the Pur water into a Brita pitcher and then drink that. Once it's been twice filtered it's really good!
-
No, the tap water here is foamy when it comes out of the faucet and I'm not about to drink foamy water. I don't know how "good" it is but I'd bet it's not very.
-
No, it taste of sewage.
-
yes i drink tap water and bottled water but to me the tap water doesnt taste any different to the bottled water. so i only drink bottled water if im out and nip to the shop. i wouldnt stock up on it in the fridge its a waste of money when there is perfectly good water for free
-
yes, ours is tested good for consumption - it's crystal clear. We get it from a well.
-
I drink the tab water. its water from the Rein, and they also bottle it for the rest of Europe. its very nice water, with very little lime (chalk?) in it. its very soft, as they say.
-
yes i do. it tastes aright.
-
We have wonderful well water, icy cold and very tastey, so we drink it all the time. Our last home we lived at had very hard water even though it was well water. It smelled like rotten eggs and tasted sulfury. We always had to buy bottled water. Couldn't even wash our clothes in it.
-
i've been told the tap water out here in the bay area is real healthy but i just can't believe it, there's so many friggen people out here. i'm goin down the street and buying aquafina.
-
Our tap water is pretty good. It comes from a nearby lake, it's treated by the city and I like it just fine.
-
Our tap water is full of lime from the masses of lime rock we have on our shores, so it hs to be filtered first!
-
I'm in London so I drink tap water.
-
I grew up drinking the tap water in my hometown. It comes from a bunch of wells, and tastes great... pretty much like nothing (as it should!). Now, though, I've moved 5 miles away into the next town, where the water comes from a river, and it's not as good. It tastes like chlorine from the treatment process. It's not harmful, and it's okay in a pinch - but I use a Brita pitcher to filter it, and then it tastes fine.
-
I have never drink any thing but tap water. It is Free and just as good if not better then bottled water that you have to pay for.
-
Yes I live in England we can all drink tap water here. Some areas it tastes better than others but I prefer tap water to bottled water.
-
I drink tap water all the time in Miami. I'm used to it, so to me its quite refreshing. To tourists its probably not the best tasting water around though.
-
I have a water filter attached to my tap. It has an ultraviolet light tube to sterilize and 0.5 micron filters to remove stuff, without it the three hundred fifty year old Montreal pipes add too much sediment, corrosion, rust, and misc. crap ...
-
Yes I drink tap water. I don't think that any water tastes very good. I just drink it because I have to. Bottled water in england is VERY expensive.
-
i personally never drink tap water (anymore) found out some prettybad things about drinking tap water. i stick to bottled water
-
Yes, and it is pretty good.
-
yes it is great
-
The water from the tap here tastes terrible but I drink it anyway.
-
i think the vast majority of people can. i can. i think the amount of people that only drink bottled water is ridiculous.
-
No. It has to be either boiled or gone through a water filter. I brought a Brita filter from California. Most people buy bottled water.
-
No way. We have foamy tap water. It's gross.
-
yes if ya like alot of clorine.
-
Yes, we have very good tap water here.
-
CAN I? Yes. DO I? No. You can taste all the minerals, and we had a salmonella scare a few months back.
-
Yes - but its discusting!! So I dont - cos im clever =D
-
Yes, I can, and despite what people may say, Its just as good as the bottled or filtered water. I don't see or taste no difference. In fact I have read of one particular company which uses tap water and passes off as bottled water.
-
Yes.
-
Yep, without without problems. I always think the water in other places taste weird, so either I've just becomed accustomed to it, or it's a really great quality
-
I drink bottled, thank you very much. Volvic, Evian, Irish Still Water, anytime!
-
Noooo, it tastes and smells nasty. We have a filter built into the refrigerator, so we drink that water or bottled.
-
Sure. It just looks like an Alka Seltzer dropped into a glass of skim milk.
-
Yes, I do regularly.
-
Nope ... only bottled water :-)
-
Most tap water is potable, but not very palatable. Where I live, there is a high content of sulfur in the water giving it a smell of rotten egg. It's safe to drink but you really do not want to do it unless it's the only option.
-
Tastes pretty good to me, but needs to be chilled just a bit.
-
I'd rather not.
-
Yes but I don't. New York City has some pretty good water.
-
I can, but it tastes kind of harsh
-
Yes, ours is very good. People that visit from out of town, always make comments about it.
-
Definitely - it tastes just like bottled or filtered water. Straight from the Rockies.
-
you can but it tastes funny. so i only drink bottled water
-
I can, I love it
-
Yes because it is hooked up to a filtration system to get a lot of the hardness out of it. In addition there is a drinking water system that purifies this water so I would say most definitely yes.
-
Yup! It is tasty. It also helps that I know 2 men that work for our city water dept. THEY drink the water out of their taps, so I trust that it is safe :)
-
Sure, and it's all I drink, although I offer bottled water to guests. Our water tastes good, and I'm darned if I'll pay more for my drinking water than I do for gasoline (the price of which everybody bitches about). I keep it for guests because some of them feel strongly. This isn't something I'd argue about.
-
in this town, yes I would. Back in Karachi the water is usually poluted so we used this water filter stuff connected to tap etc.
-
yes.......our county annually tests our tap water and it more than meets the requirments. I keep telling my wife that it's better than bottled water but she refuses to listen.
-
You can. And I did, for years. And then we got a refrigerator with a water filtration system on the front of it and...I'll never go back to the tap water. :)
-
I drink it but I worry about the chemical deposits I see around the taps. We are on a well system, so I wonder if the lime or calcium can build up and cause kidney stones down the road.
-
I could but I don't care to...I have a filter on my tap and I also keep bottled water on hand.
-
I suppose I could, but I don't like it. I use a filter on the cold water faucet because I don't trust our water supply company.
-
I would only drink bought water. but if it came to life or death i would
-
Yes. However, it tastes horrible, and I do not live in Ibiza.
-
Yes, Fawkner water is pretty good. Tastes sweet and clean.
-
Yes
-
I do. I brew my coffee with the tap water.
-
I would never where I lived in Cali. But here the water is great.
-
My bad. This was supposed to be a comment.
-
East Los Angeles water isn't bad. It doesn't smell and it doesn't have an aftertaste. But I get a discount on bottled water at work. I get the distilled kind because I can.
-
yes but i like ice cold water so i do add ice, made from tap water
-
Yes with ice
-
Yes. I am drinking it regularly. But I also like to carbonate it.
-
Sure can. I drink it all the time. I've thought about a purifier, but I'm not sure that it's necessary or worth the investment.
-
Sure we can. In my area, almost everybody has their own well, and the water is clean.
-
Sure can...for what we pay for it we better be able to!
-
Where i live in the uk the water is in between hard and soft so we have a filter jug that we keep in the fridge and our kettle has a filter on it, im glad we have them because i recently saw what was in the filter and it wasnt pleasant
-
no, I need a glass.
-
Our water is usually very good. We are on a deep well and it's nice water, though my niece across the road has one of the best springs in the sate. It is pure pure pure. Awesome!
-
you can but it taste nasty
-
I sure do.
-
Yep. We have nice tap water. Which is lucky, I hate bottled.
-
Lake Michigan has wonderful water!
-
Yeah, I do all the time.
-
I do but I don`t know if you can.
-
In my neighborhood: I can walk on glass barefoot, lay on a bed of nails, and poke out an eye with a shiny object;it doesn't mean I'd want to though. That goes for the tap water...just because its there, doesn't mean I want to drink it! :)
-
Yes sir re bob!
-
Yes.
-
Yeah. It's OK, but I usually put it in a water container with a filter on it so it tastes better.
-
Yep, it's fine. I tend to run it through my Brita pitcher if I'm planning to drink it room-temperature or to drink much, but it's really fine without any help.
-
That stuff's rancid, but if I'm dying of thirst, I guess I'd drink it. Maybe.
-
If you wait about a week after it's treated you can. I washed clothes once right after it was treated and it turned all my black tee shirts brown. I have a filter for the water drinkers here..of which I am not one. I don't drink much water.
-
Yes, no three eyed fish here yet.
-
Yes I do,It's not all that bad.
-
Kamloops, British Columbia has a state of the art reverse osmosis water filtration plant. The H2O is a real pleasure to drink considering that it is relatively cheap compared to the expensive bottled versions.
