    In the Account settings button on your profile page. It's on the list somewhere to have videos start automatically. Music settings, I think.

    No offence, but auto running videos on a myspace can get really annoying, it will normally slow down a normal computer users browser and sometimes crash it, you should be careful how many videos you let auto run.
