One of my new born baby bunnies died what should i do? can i take it out of the cage? will the mom kill the other babies?

Remove it and take it to a vet unless you know what killed it. have the vet determine if this was a disease or not. If it is a disease then have the rest treated as soon as possible. Mom should be doing her job which would be to take the dead one away from the rest of the nest. If there is limited space then she mayn't do that. It is possible that mom killed the baby on purpose, if so keep a close eye on her and make certain she does not attack the rest. She should tend the rest even after a loss of one.

Just reach in and take it out. YOu can and should touch them, checking to see if they have full tummies and that the doe is caring for them. It isn't true that doe will kill or abandon the kits. If she does it's because something made her feel unsafe like strangers or pets or other rabbits being with her.
